Relationship In Game = Illutionary Dream?

So…Online Gamers.. I bet you know that most of the Online Games nowadays having a Marriage System and having a relationship in the game is a common thing. U can have a gf or bf or even whatcha called hubby and wifey in the game. The question is… is this kind of relationship is counted as a “Relationship” or not?

Talking bout In Game Relationship, well..it really depends on how you managed it. It can become serious or not depends on how you see it. If you just wanna have fun in the game, you should set the boundaries before it goes too deep. Because people are different. Some people take things seriously in game, some are not. So, in case you get into in game relationship, you should becareful and see clearly where you wanna go. Serious or not. In game relationship can be as hurt as IRL relationship if you taking it seriously.

Remember also that having an In Game Relationship,while having a REAL Relationship IRL can be a big mess. Me myself considering that having 2 relationship in game and in real as cheating. Cuz when you are in game, sometimes you can get serious also and then you will ended having feelings for that person also. Specially when you play a lot and you chat a lot with that person. Bear in your mind that typing something is easier than saying something face to face. That is why, sometimes you can be the really you inside an online game or community cuz what you write down on chat is what you are really thinking at that time. In real relationship you have to consider a lot of things when you wanna say somethings. Sometimes it ended by hiding the real you inside in Real Life. Pathetic eh?

Personally before i never think that being in an online relationship is serious, but as time pass by i met someone in SOS and thus become my bf IRL also n we did get serious. Fortunately we are living at the same country (well different city but we managed it quite well ). We started it only online though, but it goes even further with phone and all, n also meeting each other IRL. I met him only 4 times in total from 6 months being with him, but it feels like we bonded more than people that maybe have known each other IRL for a long time. Anyhow I should thanked SOS for giving me a chance to meet him and to love him, for he is the only one i love the most… ^^

God’s Path May Not Be The Path You Like

Hey, me again. After a long slumber in my deepest thought, i came back to reality. I just passed a phase of my life where i should choose the path where i should walk. I guess some of you has been passed this phase already, some of you has not. To be honest, i have never been in such a dilemma before and this is my 1st time to face such a problem (which ..come to think of it, i created the problem my self …T_T).

I was completely depressed and for the 1st time also in my life, i start looking for God. Ok, by ID card i have a religion but i never really have faith on it. I never really thanked God for being here typing all this stuff for all of you to read. I never really believe that God has his own plan for us which we called destiny. Even sometimes i questioned God for what happened to me (blaming also…man..im such a mess).

But..when i faced this problem, which i really cannot decide by myself…I was looking for Him. I pray, pray and pray. Shutting myself from everything and just praying, asking for “What is the Best for me”. You may not believe me, but miracle did happened. I got the answer (dont ask me how)…. The problem is..the answer is not what i was hoping for. I was extremely depressed…questioning “Why it happened to me”. I tried to turn my face back from it. But yet, the answer is there, and deep down in my heart, i realized IT is what is the best for me.

There are 2 path lies before me, one path brings me to the happiness i feel right now, the other path brings me to something i completely dont know how it will become. What God showed me was the way to a life i cannot predict how it will become.

Even though that means hurting me all the way now, Im sure He knows what is the best for me. I may not knowing the answer “Why?” now, and I may hurt someone I love so bad now, but I’m sure that one day I will be grateful for choosing this path.

Well..u never know what God’s plan for you. The path He chose maybe not the path you like or you hope for. But maybe after years you will see that IT IS the best thing for you.

Lolz…even when im writing this blog, im still hoping that God have another plan Well…who knows…life is only once so we should just try to enjoy it. For now, Im still trying to accept what God has given me. Anyway not anyone got their pray answered and showed what path best for them, so I should be grateful

Falling in Love Syndrome

Hmm….just a thing that popping up in my mind today

How do you describe the symptoms of falling in love? I’m describing it this way :

1. Whenever you remember the person (or thing) you fell in love with, your lips will automatically smiling or in some serious case giggling (“mesam mesem sendiri” in indonesian. red)
2. When you remember the person (or thing) you fell in love with, your fingers will start pressing any kind of keyboard in front of you, be it cellphone, notebook, pc or even any kind of keyboard, depends what is the nearest one.
3. When you remember the the person (or thing) you fell in love with, there will be a great urge to hit the phone and start pressing the number, regardless that phone is working or not
4. In some serious case, when you remember the the person (or thing) you fell in love with, your face will turned RED automatically. It can be caused of funny or interesting or ‘watever’ things happened between you and that person. Hmm what do you think happened between both of u ? *wicked smile*
5. Sometimes it comes also with the urge of being with the person all the time
6. At the end, when it cames to the term of “will you marry me?” stage…. All you can do is being speechless and keep on asking yourself if its true or not, thinking that maybe you were just imagining things or mistakenly hearing something. But…when you realized that IT is a SERIOUS PROPOSAL…you will start thinking “OMG! I AM REALLY NOT SINGLE ANYMORE!“

S.o.S (Online Games, is it good or bad?)

S.o.S??Hang on, its not that i’m asking for HELP ASAP! S.o.S is an online game i have been playing for over a year. Quite a long time ya? Well, that is exactly what I want to share.

I’m pretty sure all of you knows already what an online game is. These are real-time games which are normally played with another person either anywhere in the world, or in the next room.

Online Games, have it’s pros and contras. Some people said it is not good and having a bad effect specially for kids. Others said all good if you know how to maintain it well. I’m among the second group as you can guess Me myself, I believed that something can be good or bad depends on how you manage it.

Ok, lets get back to the topic. How many online games do you know? Named it, the legendary Ragnarok Online, the so so Destiny Online, Final Fantasy Online, DOMO, Perfect World, the scandalous Second World, Rohan Online, Fiesta, Secret of Solstice (S.O.S), etc. I knew quite a lot but so far i played only 1 seriously, S.o.S.

I joined this game merely because the closest person to me introduced me to that game. He will regret it later but for now lets just continue with the story. At first i thought it is only a boring game that you dont have to “really socialize” with other people that plays there. But i was completely wrong. The game introduced me to a new world, new people, new point of view, new things, and successfully turned me into a geekie (ok that is one bad thing from it). I met a lot of people over there, some of them i know only in the game, but more than one has become great friends and even a great lover (ooops..did i say “lover”?? well…:P). I even know some people from the game in real life, we share phone numbers and talk from time to time, and trust me they are awesome!

Well is that can be counted as a good thing from Online Games? I think so… Anyway, after thinking about it over and over and making fast research about Online Games (which i did this afternoon), i came to conclusion of what the goods and what the bad things

Good Things from Online Games :

• People’s mind get relaxed and get a break from a routine task. You can release your stress while kicking or hitting the monsters or with just chatting with people (or shouting at them xD LOL!!)
• These games is helping people to sharpen their mind and will help them in making a good team. In a way its good in training yourself about organization skills and in building strategies.
• You get to know new people and that you are socializing with them just like in real life. If you are lucky you can meet a good “person” over there and more than once i meet some couples that met each other in an online games or through out the net (credit for Tabitha and Apollonius aka Nel n Gary, u 2 are the sweetest couple ever). Some of them are lucky enough to make it to marriage, but those who not, anyway you DID have fun right? I do have some REAL friends that i met through online games as i told you before up there (pointing up). We did meet in the game, but then we exchange phone numbers, we meet each other and they are all good. I keep contact with them up until now.

Then Goes The BAD Things from Online Games :

• These kind of games tends to make you become ADDICTED. Once you get addicted, it s the same with drugs, you just cant stop. Then you will start loosing your time for everything else, your work, your job, your social life, then here things will go totally wrong. That is why people, once you play this game, be careful to not get addicted to it,or else you will find yourself sitting in front of the monitor all the time. You may lose your friends, your family, your jobs and everything you have in real life. I was addicted for like 3 months and during those times i really dont have any social life, i regretted it a lot and now im back in reality ^^ But im still playing once in a while
• You may get FAT!! Cuz hey, you dont move so much!! You just sit there in front of the comp and play! >,< Not a really good thing no? You may become a geekie, but MAKE SURE that you are still SEXY!

Overall….”Online Games, Good or Bad?” well….this is really depends on people. If you can maintain the balance between playing and living, and if you keep in mind that “Dood, Its Only A GAME” to prevent you for getting addicted… then Online Games is cool ^^
